What has the Studio been up to all Summer!!!

WOW!  Is it really September!   

Have a look what the studio has been doing all summer.....

The Wedding....even with all the rain and mosquitoes we shot this beautiful wedding.  The rain stopped just long enough for some great shots outside...

Samuel's year end Piano recital!

(just a note* getting a 6 year old boy to practice piano is not for the faint of heart)

Are we proud parents??!!!  YES WE ARE!  Samuel knows his recital piece Chant Arabe backwards and forwards thanks to a great teacher,  Nancy Thornhill and a very dedicated father  ♥  who sits with him EVERYDAY and helps him along in his practicing.  Did I mention getting a 6 year old boy to practice piano is not for the faint of heart?   Just thought I would reiterate that...

But I didn't really blog this to tell you all how great my son is at piano....  ;)

No, what I really wanted to show you was this comparison.  After taking his picture I noticed this resemblance....

He did look up and out at me without missing a beat just after I snapped this picture...  so proud ♥

Graduating J

Had to post this before I head off to rest my weary, aching, gardening muscles... ooh ow! 

I had the pleasure of photographing my cousin's BEAUTIFUL daughter Jillian who is now a High School Graduate or as they say in the US...  a SENIOR. 
I have photographed Jillian a few times already and love it because she is soooooo easy to photograph. 
I'm lovin' editing through all these images, but this one so far is one of my favourites....

Baby H

Baby H is a special little one,  I used to babysit his Mommy... wait, I didn't just say that?!?!
His Mommy is VERY young...
OK, she's not that young...  she has graduated from University with a Nursing degree,  married a charming man a  few years ago,  built a beautiful home with her husband (while being pregnant, not something she recommends) ...  did I get that all right C?  hang on I just have to adjust my hearing aid...

It kinda says it all...
